SIERRA MIKE Originals
SIERRA MIKE Originals
A series of furniture collections shaped by history, proportion, and quiet authority.
Curated and developed in Cambridge, SIERRA MIKE Originals composes one-off interior suites from vintage furniture, shaped by heritage, proportion and a quiet sense of authority. Each suite is conceived as an authored world — pieces that function together, evoke a distinct atmosphere, and form a coherent interior composition rather than isolated objects.
Selections are guided by craftsmanship, material integrity and longevity, then interpreted with restraint through finish, palette and detailing. The process favours nuance over novelty, and presence over spectacle.
The suites are intended for discerning interiors — spaces where narrative, authenticity and presence matter more than trend, and where a sense of curated worldbuilding elevates living environments.
One-of-a-kind bedside tables
Defined by contrast and clarity of form, The Belgrave Pair reinterprets traditional bedside furniture through a darker, more architectural lens. Surfaces are refined with a deep matte finish, offset by brushed brass hardware, creating a balanced interplay of weight and detail.
Composed as a pair, the pieces are intended to bring structure and quiet presence to a bedroom setting, offering a restrained yet distinctive expression within the collection.
The Originals are composed primarily as one-off suites — complete interior worlds developed as individual chapters. Each suite is distinct in mood, material and character, yet unified by a shared approach to proportion, restraint and narrative.
Soft colour, country feel and gentle romanticism.
Camellia Suite is composed as a gently romantic bedroom interior, shaped by softened colour, balanced proportion and a quiet country sensibility. A 1930s chest of drawers, reinterpreted with a muted painted body and preserved mahogany drawers, introduces both structure and warmth.
A freestanding cheval mirror anchors the composition, bringing height and reflection to the space, while a single chair provides a place for pause and dressing. Together, the elements form a composed interior where material richness is tempered by restraint, and decoration remains considered rather than expressive.
Urban glamour, feminine proportions and quiet intimacy.
Astoria Suite is composed as a city dressing interior — a space for preparation, pause and the quieter rituals of evening. A console table with inset glass forms the centre of the composition, paired with a matching side table.
A compact upholstered chair introduces softness and comfort, while brass accents and fabric detailing bring warmth and subtle glamour. The suite is preserved in its original finishes, allowing proportion and material to lead.
Together, the elements form an intimate setting defined by balance, reflection and quiet presence.
Inter-war restraint and assured authority.
Officer’s Suite is composed as a formal interior, shaped by structure, proportion and a measured sense of order. A matched cabinet and sideboard define the space, their presence grounded in disciplined lines and balanced scale.
Finished in deep Studio Green, the exterior introduces restraint, while preserved mahogany interiors retain warmth and material integrity. Brass hardware and subtle detailing reinforce a sense of continuity and purpose.
The suite reflects a domestic setting informed by service and routine — composed, practical and quietly assured.
Measureded intellect, domestic ritual and considered order.
Marlow Suite is composed as a private interior — a space for reading, writing and the careful keeping of personal objects. At its centre sits a compact cabinet with a lift-top and opening front, revealing a velvet-lined interior and concealed compartments.
A small movable table allows books, papers and objects in use to shift naturally within the room, while a simple upholstered stool provides a place for pause and work. The suite is defined by layered use rather than display.
Together, the elements form a composed setting of restraint and discretion, where objects are handled with intention and the atmosphere remains quietly held.
Enquiries
SIERRA MIKE Originals is developed for interior designers and private clients seeking composed interior worlds rather than individual pieces. Each suite is created as a one-off, shaped by a consistent approach to proportion, material and restraint.
Enquiries are welcomed for current and forthcoming suites, including availability, specification and further details.
Alongside SIERRA MIKE Originals, a limited number of commissions are undertaken each year. These offer the opportunity to develop individual pieces or composed interior suites in response to a specific setting, while maintaining the principles of proportion, material integrity and restraint.
Each commission begins with a conversation, followed by a considered process of sourcing, refinement and composition. The outcome is shaped as a cohesive interior rather than a collection of individual items.
To preserve quality and attention to detail, availability is intentionally limited.
